Can I receive my order on weekend?
You can place your order 24/7, 365 days on our website.
We deliver twice daily, including Saturday and Sunday.

Can I order by phone or fax?
We are sorry, but we do NOT accept orders by phone and fax. Please place an order online.
Is free delivery available?
Delivery is FREE on orders over 200 RMB. If order is less than 200 RMB then there is a 10 RMB delivery charge.
Can I make additions to my order I have placed?
We are sorry, but you can NOT make additions to your order due to the computer system.
Please place your order again. The delivery charge will be required on each delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

Can I return my goods?

Where are my goods delivered from?
